POSITION SUMMARY:
The Valve Service Technician Lead is responsible for overseeing the Valve Technicians and Valve Technician Assistants in their daily maintenance, repair and testing of various types of industrial valves used in field applications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years field experience
- 2 years Management experience
- Valid Class 5 License
- Less than 6 demerits (province specific)
- No suspensions or convictions in the past 3 years
- Valid safety certifications such as Standard First Aid, H2S, CSO, AWP and Fall Protection
- Oil field service industry knowledge
- Must be self-directed and have the ability to work with little supervision
- Demonstrates leadership skills and abilities
- Above average work ethic
