Responsibilities
- Writes repair orders
- Keeps customers informed on their vehicle status at all times
- Recommend, sell maintenance and repair services to customers
- Follow up on any unsold work
- Maintain and develop an excellent customer experience and relationships
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner
- Keep your work area safe and accident free
- Keep service department forms, menus and pricing guides up-to-date
- Explain completed work and all charges to customers
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
- Maintain monthly set targets
- Be a team player
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in a service advisor role is required
- Must have a valid BC driver’s licence
- Chrysler training if possible.
