Responsibilities:
Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions
Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers
Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Basic computer skills
Great attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $21.20-$26.40 per hour
