Important note: Our training is conducted on site for two weeks. We therefore require full-time availability, from Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm during this time. Only those who can accommodate this will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls, chats, and emails in a timely manner (outgoing calls may be required);
• Respond to customer inquiries by relaying relevant and accurate information;
• Provide the best customer service by acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and issues;
• Act as a brand ambassador by possessing strong brand and product knowledge;
• Follow procedures and criteria to generate a high quality of service to customers.

What you bring to the team:

• 1 year experience in customer service (call center is an asset);
• Ability to handle difficult customers and show empathy;
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills;
• Perfect bilingualism (written and spoken);
• Ability to self-manage and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
