This will be a seasonal opportunity with the Agawa Canyon Tour Train
Hourly Pay Rate starting at $17.00 per hour
Daytime, evenings, weekends.
Responsibilities
Meet, greet and assist passengers, answer inquiries, and provide solutions for any concerns- Provide exceptional customer service
- Answer passengers questions and help direct them to their coaches.
- Communicate and recommend offerings to passengers
- Assist tour attendants when needed
- Print daily manifests.
- Answer and respond to emails.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to recognize and respond to potential problems
- Work efficiently and accurately
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while multitasking
- Proficient with computers
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
- Energetic and self-confident with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Patient, positive demeanour
