Title: Customer Service & Sales Advisor

Location: Work At Home or Onsite (1189 Colonel Sam Drive, Oshawa Ontario, L1H 8W8)

We are growing our team of Customer Service & Sales Advisors. This is a great opportunity for you to build a customer service and sales career.

What will you do in this role?

As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor at Concentrix, you will:

• Greet and handle multiple types of calls from members, businesses, etc. in a friendly and professional manner

• Make outbound calls focusing on customer retention

• Explain products and/or services to up sell and cross sell to new and current customers

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer

• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services

Who You Are:

As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor your empathy, integrity, knowledge, and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:

• A High School Diploma (or equivalent)

• Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications)

• 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) is beneficial

• The flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week. Currently, we are not hiring students.

• Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills

• High speed internet and a smartphone
