Majestic Filatures was established more than 30 years ago as the parent company of several other affordable luxury brands in the fashion industry. With a head office located in downtown Montreal, we distribute the European-made Majestic Filatures collection(s) to our North American market including all major luxury retailers in the US and Canada. Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Support the entire team with sales and data entry
• In charge of updating our Joor system (daily inventory updates, color and style updates, seasonal updates)
• Manage inventory reporting through our ERP system, Joor and in charge of daily updates on inventory report via excel
• In charge of uploading new product data to Amazon Marketplace
• Assist team with order details (i.e. price tickets, upc/ean verification
• EDI support - Returns/ UPC uploads to EDI catalogues/ RA requests and follow up with warehouse to ensure customers are credited accordingly.

• Assist team in shipping collections to our Canadian clients
• Assist team with weekly replenishment ticketing, packing boxes, etc.

Requirements & Skills:

We are looking for someone that is eager to work within a dynamic team. This role will support all aspects of the brand from sales, to data and marketing. The candidate must have a strong knowledge of excel. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Joor, RLM or similar systems.

We are looking for a person, who is very organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task. It is important to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
