Data Quality Associate (Temporary, Full-time)

Duration: 10 months

Location: Remote Position. The successful candidate must reside within 3 hours of Kawartha Credit Union Head Office, Peterborough ON

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday (flexibility to work evenings & Saturdays)

Rate of Pay: Based on experience

Position Description:

As a Data Quality Associate, you will:

• Engage in phone conversations with members, ensuring members are comfortable providing the information Kawartha requires to update records.
• Aim to resolve and update all required data during one interactive interaction (call) with the member.
• Identify other member service opportunities or outstanding questions that require follow up by other Kawartha partners.
• Provide any referrals to branches or Contact Centre Associates for further products or services that enhance the member’s financial well-being.
• This role may also, at times, include administrative duties, data entry, staff communication (verbal and written), and other special sub- projects

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• One year in a Member Service Representative (I) role, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role within the financial services industry
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communications skills
