About us

Baywest Glazing focuses on the fabrication and installation of storefront, curtain wall, entranceways and interior glass in the Fraser Valley and greater Vancouver areas. We are currently seeking a driver to load and deliver supplies, frames and glass between our shop and construction sites using our one-ton pickup and various trailers and when time permits, work in the shop.

Job description:

Driving (75%)

This job involves moving supplies, equipment, frames and glass to site and back safely and includes the following:

- Going to sites in greater Vancouver and occasionally out of town locations around BC

- Driving a truck and a variety of 20 ft trailers

- Loading and securing frames and glass so they are not scratched or damaged

- Offloading deliveries of frames and glass with crews on site

- Fueling, maintaining, and cleaning vehicles

- Carefully tracking inventory in an orderly manner

- Helping to keep the shop and yard clean and orderly

Fabricating and working in the shop (25%)

This includes:

- Receiving glass and supplies

- Construct aluminum frames

- Help maintain a clean and orderly shop
