Responsibilities:
As a kitchen team member you will:
- take ownership of the dishwashing station ensuring that it is kept clean, orderly and that all tableware, flatware, glassware and kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized and readily available for service
- be knowledgeable about the standard operating procedures of the entire kitchen and how your team operates safely within them
- be fastidious about the opening and closing procedures assigned to the dishwashing team
- other kitchen duties as assigned by direct supervisor
Requirements:
- 1 years of dishwashing experience in a high paced environment
- maintains a professional and positive attitude in every aspect of the position
- consistent punctuality and dedication to the position
- works well in high pressure situations
- ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- physical ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- FOODSAFE 1 an asset
