We are looking for a responsible, hard-working, detail-oriented individual, Fleet Service Agent to help clean and maintain our rental fleet in Toronto. The Fleet Service Agent will report to the Fleet Coordinator and is responsible for routine inspections, validation, basic maintenance, and cleaning. Fundamental vehicle knowledge and technical experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided. This is a contract position with no end date.

Location: Downtown Toronto (621 King St. W)

Shifts Available:

• Daytime shifts = 8am - 4pm (WEEKENDS)

Job Description

• Regular interior and exterior cleaning of our rental fleet at our downtown Toronto parking hub, using cleaning supplies provided.
• Small maintenance items such as tire, bulb or fuse changes. (Training provided)
• Comfortable working in a sheltered, non-heated underground parking lot (Warmer than outdoors in winter, cool in summer).
• Identify and report vehicle damage, dashboard lights and other safety issues.
• Comfortable using smartphones and tablets for communication purposes.
• Assisting customers with basic questions and concerns.
• Picking up and dropping off vehicles at our service vendors.
• Relaying information regarding the fleet as required to the Fleet Management team.

Basic Qualification / Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a valid Ontario G Driver's License with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years

• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) or criminal record within the last 5 years

• Must be authorized to work in Canada

• Physical ability to move in and out of vehicles and able to lift up to 20kgs.

• Effective verbal communication skills to communicate with customers, co-workers and outside stakeholders
