Customer Service Representative (CSR)

- Ability to travel between offices to support multiple branches
- A strong interest in personal growth and development.
- MVD issuing experience, Restricted Auto License or CAIB 1 Broker License would be an
asset, however access to all required education to receive licensing will be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing inbound calls, mail, and email
- Meet and greet clients
- Primary servicer for Motor Vehicle licensing
- Assisting personal lines insurance advisors with servicing their block of business
- Maintain accurate record on the Broker Management System
- Supply ordering and bank deposits
- Write Auto insurance policies
