Line Cook/Prep Cook Job at Trevi Bar & Grill
We are looking for a part time line cook to prepare food to the exact specifications of the chef. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks and to set up stations for menu.
30- 40 Hours a week
Responsibilities:
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items.
- Clean up station
- Ensure that food comes out in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven cooking experience of the same or related field
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in doing tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: From $15.50 per hour
