About the Role:

Our platform is purpose-built to help companies automate B2B transactions. Conexiom is unique in our ability to instantly extract, transform, and deliver data from unstructured documents into our client’s system of record.

To continue our leadership role in the market, we continue to invest in innovation, specifically around machine learning (ML) and data science. We are actively hiring a Machine Learning Technical Program Manager. The role will report to the EVP Product Management with a close working relationship with the Director of Data Science and ML. The role is North America based with a preference for Vancouver, BC, Kitchener, ON, or Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities:

Scoping

• Work with project sponsors to define project objectives, business case, and create and sign off project scope documents
• Collect, prioritize, and triage requirements from application product managers, engineering, and data science teams
• Define and deliver key machine learning business metrics to monitor and measure the success of machine learning with our products and users

Developing

• Drive on-time and quality delivery of our machine learning and data science projects
• Manage regular scrum ceremonies to ensure project deliverables are on track, identify dependencies, and highlight risks
• Document project status reports and facilitate regular milestone review meetings with stakeholders
• Collaborate with other cross functional teams to achieve company goals
• Identify roadblocks and issues in the project and product areas
• Improve communication with teams and stakeholders

Delivering

• Create and share release notes, delivery notification with stakeholders
• Report machine learning business metrics and identify improvements relative to KPIs

Qualifications:

• 5+ years industry experience in technical product management, technical program / project management, or engineering management
• Experience working with backend services, machine learning services, ideally in B2B commerce
• Experience in agile methodologies and full product lifecycle. PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification a Plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization skills to maintain multiple technical and non-technical project documents
