Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the most effective massage techniques for each individual
- Devise personalized treatment plans, addressing unique patient needs and goals
- Deliver outstanding patient care, nurturing lasting relationships, and fostering an elevated patient experience
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to the highest ethical standards
- Uphold rigorous cleanliness, safety, and organizational protocols within treatment rooms and all work areas
- Embrace a sense of ownership and pride in every facet of the business, treating it as if it were your own
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist
- Valid and up-to-date massage therapy license/certification
- Stellar customer service and communication capabilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication aptitude
- Compassionate, reliable, dedicated, and self-motivated
- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
