What does a Mobile Patrol Manager in North York do?

• Manage and delegate Mobile Operations, from guard leadership to client management.
• Prevent and mitigate missed and late patrols and client disservice - up to and including the physical performance of security duties
• Drive client delivery to improve client satisfaction and mitigate potential revenue loss to GardaWorld.
• Communicate between duty managers, scheduling resources, and other management teams.
• Work with scheduling software, including reviewing operative times, book offs, and vacation requests.
• Ensure accurate billing for services rendered
• Report on monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) based on team performance and results.
• Complete Daily Operations Report for each shift in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Complete reports and necessary documentation regarding staffing, billing adjustments, union documents and other required information.
• Review & coach Mobile Patrol Operative s performance, including coaching and formal discipline as per the collective bargaining unit.

Skills and experience of a Mobile Patrol Manager

• A valid Ontario security guard license

• A valid CPR/first aid certificate from a WSIB-approved training provider

• A valid G driver's license with a clean driver's abstract

• Available and interested in working continental rotating shifts

• 1 year experience in leading a team

• Previous knowledge of G-Track an asset
