The position is a hybrid position of a Personal Assistant and Housekeeper for part time work during the week or FT including free apartment and and 15 hours paid weekly on top. The individual hired must be great with large high energy dogs and would be comfortable walking them in our neighbourhood.
Ultimately, the duties of a Personal Assistant can be extremely broad and vary on a day-to-day basis. A Personal Assistant job description may include:
- Monitoring a reporting emails and responding if required
- Preparing communications on behalf of a residence
- Answering phone calls
- Organizing travel and itineraries
- Organizing and planning meetings
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
- Conducting or preparing any research for families business
- Various ad hoc requests
Housekeeping Job Responsibilities:
Ultimately, the duties of a Housekeeper can be extremely broad and vary on a day-to-day basis. A Housekeeper job description may include: Cleaning and carrying for dogs.
- Vacuums and sweeps floors, carpets, and rugs.
- Makes beds, changes linens, do laundry.
- Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, countertops, kitchen's, living rooms, etc.
- Replenishes toiletries and towels.
- Complete shopping tasks as required.
- Walk dogs and feed them
- Empties trash receptacles.
- Various ad hoc requests
