Our test kitchens have the most current cooking equipment replicating that used in commercial establishments, to facilitate precision testing. Sunrise Farms is expanding in Alberta and we are looking for a Part time Plant Administration for a brand new plant that will start its operations by the end of January 2023. This is a great opportunity for you to be part of this important moment of our history in Alberta and support our leadership, playing a key role for our continue growth.This is a part time position that may become full time once production lines are in full operation (April/May 2023).
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer phones and greet customers
· Maintain daily payroll edits
· Invoicing
· Weekly reporting of industry reports
· General office duties such as filing and photocopying
· Purchase order receiving
· Maintain and create excel worksheets
Qualifications:
· 1+ years of experience working in an administrative position
· MS office experience
· Strong communication skills
· Strong customer service skills
· Able to work in a constantly changing environment and prioritize tasks
