Registered Nurse - Homecare
Permanent Part-time Position
Geraldton District Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our
Homecare team on a part time basis. The successful candidate will
conduct in-home visits to assess patients and develop care plans,
provide care, patient education and palliative services.
Qualifications:
- Must hold current registration with the College of Nurses of
- Recent work experience in Homecare and /or Gerontological
- Current certificate in ACLS and CTAS is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills
- Team player, able to work independently and requires minimal
supervision
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Must have a valid G driver’s license and your own transportation.
