Ritchie Bros. Financial Services (RBFS), the financing/leasing division of Ritchie Bros, is looking for Sales Coordinators to join our growing team! The Sales Coordinator (SC) is responsible for supporting our Strategic Account Executives (SAE) to achieve revenue and execution targets.
The work location for this position is Canada and is a fully remote work arrangement.

The Opportunity:
Directly partnering with a Strategic Account Executive (SAE), the Sales Coordinator is responsible for duties that contribute to achieving the SAE’s revenue targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. As such, the Sales Coordinator is expected to coordinate both internal and external resources to meet financial revenue goals through the following:

  • Drive net new credit applications for both existing and net-new customers through phone and email outreach
  • Engage in selling activities where necessary to help convert credit approvals into funded transactions.
  • Follow up on outstanding items for post-funding requirements
  • Submit new credit applications in Salesforce and collect additional information from customers when necessary
  • Submit doc requests in Salesforce and collect additional information from customers when necessary.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries and requests (i.e., buyout quotes, amortization schedules, copies of loan documents, etc.).

Here’s what you bring:

  • 2+ years of customer support or inside sales or Sales Administration experience
  • Previous experience with Salesforce considered an asset
  • Ability to speak Spanish Fluently is a strong asset.
  • Strong customer management skills – ability to persuade and lead customers as well as internal resources in pursuit of key objectives.
  • An unmatched attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask with and handle multiple accounts/files at any given time
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, capable of working independently to achieve goals.
  • Willing to dig-in and continually learn new things and build knowledge base.
  • Proficient with general office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This job will require you to:

  • Work in a standard office environment (Non-physical in nature involving periods of sitting or standing.)
  • Work via computer as well as reviewing written documents.
  • Work under non-standard working hours. Work under Ritchie Bros. Financial Services will be supporting the North American marketplace.
