Senior Manager, Marketing Operations Job at Conexiom

These documents include purchase orders, invoices, advance shipping notices, and other essential commercial documents exchanged between business and their customers.
About the Opportunity:
Conexiom is looking for an exceptional marketing operations leader to build the strategy and framework for our marketing operations function. The ideal candidate is comfortable with both developing strategy and hands-on execution, is process oriented, data driven, and who understands how to partner with sales. This is an incredible opportunity for someone to come in, build, scale, and refine this function in a fast growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a cross-functional strategy for all of marketing operation—including refining our marketing and sales funnel, building out our tech stack, developing standardized data reports, implementing process improvements, campaign execution, and partnering with sales operations.
- Drive strategic alignment with cross-functional partners to develop holistic GTM planning initiatives and forecasts
- Help define, execute, and launch marketing campaigns while trouble shooting, documenting, and optimizing the process
- Develop a cadence of reporting looks at campaign performance, marketing attribution, funnel conversions, and pipeline forecasting
- Analyze funnel data and regularly conduct testing to develop actionable insights from the data
- Partner closely with our Revenue Operations team to refine end-to-end lead handoff process from initial acquisition to close
- Implement and maintain a campaign playbook that defines how campaigns are run, outlines SLAs, and provides a go-to resource for the marketing team
Qualifications:
- BA/BS – MBA a plus
- 7+ years of experience in a marketing operations, demand generation, or sales operations role at a B2B technology company
- Expert-level Salesforce knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Pardot and/or Hubspot or Marketo a plus
- Strong technical expertise working with large data sets, multi-faceted integration projects, and various marketing and sales tools
- Strong oral and written communication
- Analytics-driven and process oriented with a passion for leveraging disparate data sets to find solutions to problems
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and process driven
- Comfortable being hands-on in the technology
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
