Bertie Tirecraft Stevensville Auto Centre is proud to be a local family-owned business, serving our community since 1989. Our full service, 10-bay facility is located at 2776 Stevensville Road, right next to Tim Hortons & Meridian Credit Union. We offer a full line of brand name tires for cars and light trucks from top manufacturers like Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Pirelli, Cooper,
Yokohama, and more. Our team of Apprentices and Technicians provide a wide range of services repairs and maintenance to all types of vehicles.

We are proud to provide ongoing support to our local community by working with the Fort Erie
Hospital, the Lions Club, Kinsmen Church, local churches, and Minor Sports.

What you bring to the role

• High school and/or relevant post graduate courses
• Valid driver’s license
• 2-3 years of Service Technician experiences in a Tire Shop or Dealership
• Experiences with Commercial vehicles and customer service needs
• Working in the shop as well as performing field service with service trucks
• High standard of customer service, greeting and welcoming customers into our shop
• Interact with Commercial Sales Consultants and/or Service Advisors to obtain work orders and commercial customer service specific requirements
• Use all safety related PPE such as gloves, safety glasses and tire cages while doing any work.
• Able to install, balance, rotate and repair tires at commercial customer and roadside locations in a safe and efficient manner using hand tools
• Deliver customer tire maintenance program by visiting assigned locations to complete fleet checks
• Conduct after hour’s emergency roadside service calls for commercial fleet customers
• Accurately complete all documentation/paperwork in relation to service work and work orders
• Ensure service vehicle, shop and all equipment are maintained in a safe, neat, and clean manner at all times
• Assist with shipping and receiving keeping track of parts inventory
• Knowledge of: o Commercial Trucks - 17.5-22.5" wheels o Industrial Equipment - Fork Lift / Grader / Backhoe / Skid Steer / Telehandler etc. o Farm / Ag equipment - Small & Large Farm Tractors / Combine / Sprayer etc. o OTR Equipment - Wheel Loaders / Articulating Dump Truck - up to 29.5R25 (Mobile

Crane 0-8 tons certificate an asset)

• Strong work ethics and integrity. Willing to learn.

• Available to work Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Saturday 8-12pm. On-call rotation schedule
