What will you be working on?

• Help manage the workflow in all areas of the Warehouse and the warehouse staff
• Hands on participation in all areas of the Warehouse
• Keep products separated, organized, sorted and int good rotation order
• Monitor all part and product quality on a frequent basis
• Utilize a continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunties to improve processes
• Follow good warehouse and safe work practicies
• Initiate cycle counts and direct staff on how and when to perform them
• When required operate forklift and pallet jack to load and unload goods

What is required for this role?

• Minimum 2 years of previous of warehouse experience is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated leadership skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to follow verbal and written direction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
