AZ Truck Driver – Full Time
Weber Manufacturing Technologies Inc. – Midland ON
Position Overview:
This position involves both occasional long distance and short haul (daily) truck driving .
Cross border runs will be required and could be to New York, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, or Pennsylvania.
- Keep safety number one in work habits and driving.
- Conduct pre-trip inspection on equipment.
- Anticipate Step Deck Tri-axle work involving chain and strapping of product up to 25,000 kgs.
- Typically Manufacturing facility stops
- Driver register and paperwork up to date
- This position is approximately 80% driving and 20% physical labour.
Hours of work:
- Workday is typically 10-14 hours, 4 or 5 day work week.
- Paid by the hour.
Qualifications:
· Valid AZ
· FAST Card
· Clean abstract
· Heavy hauling experience
· Tow motor and crane experience an asset, but we will train if necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
