Construction Worker Job at CCS Construction Group Inc.
We are a small Etobicoke-based construction company, looking to add a general construction worker to our staff. We focus on residential renovations, with some commercial and condo work.
Daily tasks will include:
- Carpentry: assist site super with framing, trimming, hanging doors, etc.
- Excavation: Dig, shore and excavate by hand or with machines.
- Concrete: Form, pour concrete, finish and strip forms under supervision of site super, chip concrete
- Clean jobsites, load and unload material
- Various construction related tasks as necessary (Drywall, ceiling tile, landscaping, waterproofing,...)
You will need:
- Experience in construction, basic knowledge about tools, materials and techniques.
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy
- Basic set of tools and toolbelt
- Reliable transportation to job sites around Toronto and GTA
- Polite and courteous when interacting with homeowners and clients
We offer:
- Weekly paychecks with 4% vacation pay

We can only hire candidates who have a valid work authorization, no sponsorships can be provided.

Salary: $15.50-$25.00 per hour
