MY CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY is a manufacturer and distributor of construction material and building supplies. we are looking for a DZ driver for our own deliveries.
Position Available: 1 Part-Time DZ Driver
Compensation:
- Hourly salary: $20 - $24 / hour
- Full benefit provided
- Vacation pay
Duty:
- Driving will be done primarily within 100km radius of our warehouse located at 48 Dalkeith Dr, Brantford.
- Responsible for daily deliveries with our straight trucks.
- Flat bed: from our warehouse in Brantford to GTA jobsites and warehouses. no tarping required.
- Due to the nature of this position, there is some occassional heavy lifting required, maximum 50lbs
- This position works a Monday to Friday day shift schedule with overtime opportunities as per business needs. Hours may vary depending on delivery requirements and scheduled appointments.
- 20 - 40 Hours/Week. Varies per week dependent on pickups/deliveries required.
Requirement:
- Possess good planning and time management skills.
- safety first
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, and the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Being a dynamic team player with a positive attitude, and the ability to work with minimal supervision is a must.
- Willingness to assume a variety of tasks to assist the functionality of the warehouse
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Health and Safety.
- 5yrs or more experience
