The Human Resources and Facilities Management Branch is looking for a Human Resources Advisor for an indeterminate position. The position is classified as an RÉ-04 ($59,364 to $75,591 per annum).

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Manager, HR Business Partnerships, you will be responsible for ensuring that the NCC meets its staffing requests by providing support to the Senior Human Resources Advisors and hiring managers. You will be responsible for coordinating the staffing process (tests, interviews), second language assessments, security requests with all internal and external stakeholders. You will provide administrative support in recruitment, staffing and classification. You will also be the superuser of the applicant tracking system as well as being the lead of the Student program.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Post-secondary diploma in office management or in a related discipline relevant to the position.
- Coordinating staffing process and supporting a team of HR Professionals; and
- Working with an application tracking system.
- MS Office tools.

- Experience working with Taléo (Oracle).
- Experience working with Peoplesoft.
- Possess or eligible to obtain Secret security clearance;
- Linguistic profile: Bilingual CBC/CBC; and
- Position is in the National Capital Region. The candidate must reside within a commutable distance from the workplace (40 Elgin Street, Ottawa, Ontario).
