Deluxe Metal Fabrication Inc is a manufacturer of precision sheet metal parts. We are in Langley, BC, and currently looking for experienced Powder Coaters helper to join our team and work safely in an efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Setting up and coating of parts per instructions and drawings

- Inspect metal parts prior to painting

- Maintain equipment by troubleshooting malfunctions and reporting inaccuracies

- Document powder usage and assist in packaging, shipping, and receiving.

- Confer with supervision, management, maintenance, or others to resolve issues

- Practice good housekeeping and safety procedures and adheres to all company policies

- Quality control - Inspect final product quality to make sure specifications are followed

- Help teammates to clean and organize the shop space

- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

- experience in powder coat painting is a bounoce

- Have knowledge in the operation and maintenance of powder coat spray guns.

- Must be detail-oriented, hard-working, and comfortable with hands-on work

- Must be able to read drawings and blueprints

- Able to follow directions and manage multiple priorities

- Able to work individually or as a team

- Team player, driven and committed to the success of the company

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Must have reliable transportation

- Must be eligible to work in Canada

Work Schedule

Shift is full-time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Morning shift.

Payment will be negotiated based on skills and experience.
