Fouka Furniture is a European Furniture company in the heart of Whitby, and we are looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to organize our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.
This Position will be responsible for:
· Scheduling deliveries
· Supporting customer requests for additional services
· Maintain files for ordering and accounting purposes
· Opening, sorting or responding to emails
. Reviewing sales orders for accuracy
· Organizing new inventory files in POS system
You might be a great fit if you have:
· Experience with office management tools (Outlook, POS, etc)
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
· Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
. Availability to work weekends is a must
