Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven successful food and beverage experience required
- Management experience is an asset
- Strong customer service skills
- Enjoys working independently and in a team setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and excels under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all Chatime employees
- Must be able to work flexible hours including morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties:
- Supervise day to day store operations, making sure that checklists are completed on a daily basis and troubleshoot store issues.
- Motivate, encourage, and coach the team to achieve company targets and goals by regularly acknowledging wins and address any performance issues with any team member.
- Assist in planning and achieving financial goals such as labor costs and beverage/food costs
- Assist in training new Tearistas and develop existing team
- Contributes and provides input for staff evaluations and supports for promotion readiness.
- Implement and communicate all new menu changes, new offerings and promotions
- Able to enforce and comply with Chatime Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist in inventory management (ordering, delivery, stock rotation and monthly inventory)
- Responsible for daily cash procedures (management of cash till and safe) and avoiding daily cash shortages and ensuring there is enough coins at the safe.
- Ensure high standards of guest experience are maintained and resolve guest complaints
- Enforce employee compliance to store's health and safety policies and procedures
- Possible lifting of up to 25 kg
Required education:
- High school graduate or higher
- Food handler and First Aid certification considered an asset but not required

Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
