Whiting Equipment is seeking Full-Time Trackmobile Railcar Mover Sales to join our growing team.

Position Description:
- Manage the efforts and activities of sales department in alignment with corporate revenue goals and objectives.
- Analyze the effectiveness of sales programs; recommend and implement changes based on findings.
- Monitor records and reports; including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop, prepare, and deliver sales materials, trade show exhibits, conference appearances, and other promotional programs
- Maintain contracts and relations with major accounts, outlets, wholesalers, vendors, and other distributors/business partners.
- Market share analysis
- Communicate brand identity internally to sales department, key accounts, and the customer base at large.
- Create training and development plans for sales.
- Traffic reporting, incoming and outgoing (Rentals)
- Costing, quoting and invoicing of new equipment and rentals
- Moving and offloading of equipment as needed
- Travel is required as the position covers Manitoba and Saskatchewan
Qualifications:
- Experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning.
- Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Ability to examine and re-engineer sales operations, form new policies, develop and implement new strategies.
- Experience with analytics, social media and online advertising, and proven success in the creation of marketing campaigns
- Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
- Knowledge of cost analysis, fiscal management, and budgeting techniques.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to create and edit sales materials and presentations.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to coordinate and organize meetings, exhibits, and other events.
- Travel required.
